Owner
"We're losing leads because no one follows up fast enough."
Our product · SaaS for U.S. moving companies
One operating system for a moving company — from the first call to the final payment.
Our own product. LaboratoryX designed and built all of it — the brand, the web CRM for the office, the Foreman app for the crew, the customer payment page and the marketing website.

Saved for the dispatcher every morning
To go live, no IT team needed

Every move is held together by three people — the owner, the dispatcher and the foreman. Before Best Movers, each of them ran the day from their own phone calls, spreadsheets and paper notes. Leads went cold, crews were sorted by phone every morning, and the field learned about changes at the customer's door.

Dispatcher
"I'm on the phone all morning sorting crews."

Foreman
"I find out about changes when I'm already at the door."
Before
With Best Movers CRM
We set out to replace the phone, the spreadsheet and the paper with one system every role trusts — without adding work to anyone's day.
01
Every request lands with an owner and a next step, so no call goes cold.
02
Every truck and every crew planned in one place instead of by phone.
03
The crew app asks for photos, checks and signatures before the job moves on.
04
A payment link the customer opens on the spot — card, bank or wallet.
One system, four surfaces — a website for the market, a web CRM for the office, a payment page for the customer and an app for the crew. Designed, built and shipped by LaboratoryX.

01
Lead management, dispatch & scheduling
02
Field crew, payments & storage
03
SMS, calls & team access control
A dispatcher looks at this screen eight hours a day. So the interface is dense but calm: what matters is visible without opening anything, context never disappears, and the field is asked for proof instead of promises.

01
Closed: time, total, balance owed. Open: pickup, delivery, customer, notes.

02
The same header and status bar on every tab of a lead.

03
The truck check needs a photo. Damage has to be marked.

04
Search by ID, customer or phone. Five date filters. Columns you choose.
Four places where the product earns its keep every day — the dispatch board, the lead list, the payment flow after the move and the app in the crew's hands.
01 · Dispatch

Design note
Jobs are dragged from the unassigned column straight onto a truck. Each card keeps the time, the total and the balance still owed in view — nothing has to be opened to make the call.
02 · Leads & Schedule

Design note
One list for every lead, searchable by ID, customer or phone and filtered by five kinds of dates. Each lead opens into a page that keeps the customer header on every tab.
Design note
Sales, dispatchers and management share the same calendar. Each day has time slots with job limits, and a locked day takes no new bookings.

03 · Payments & Office

Design note
The customer opens a payment page from a link and pays by card, bank, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Storage billing, payroll and reports sit one step behind the job.

04 · Foreman App

Design note
The crew's day runs through a handful of screens. The truck check can't be skipped: at least one photo is required and any damage has to be marked.
