Isoline
The reading that crossed +8°, who saw it and what was decided, on one line.
Isoline is a temperature-control system for pharma logistics. It follows a vaccine shipment from the truck to the dispatcher, the driver and the quality lead, and turns an excursion into a signed record, so a warm reading is never just a number.

The Challenge
Temperature, position and decisions live in different tools: a logger on the truck, a board for the dispatcher, a form for the quality lead. When a shipment crosses +8°, nobody sees the whole story.
The challenge was to show the reading, the people who must act and the decision on one line: on a screen, in a driver's hand and on the paper that is signed.

Our Solution
We designed Isoline around one idea: a reading is never alone. Every excursion is tied to its shipment, its next step and its record. Instead of three tools, the product follows one shipment from the truck to the signed paper and shows who must act at every step.
Status You Can Read
Colour grows with the reading: green in range, orange near the limit, pink once it is crossed. The same scale on the board, the phone and the record.
Alert to Action
The driver gets a push, opens the alert and follows the steps: switch to the reserve unit, check the logger, take a photo of the display. The dispatcher sees it at once.
Proof from the Cab
A photo of the logger display goes into the record with its time, so the decision rests on evidence, not on a phone call.
Decision on the Record
The quality lead releases, quarantines or discards the lot and signs. The record keeps the curve, the actions and the signature in one place.
