Ormos

A week of quiet water: one charter, prepared by four teams, seen by the guest as a calm Saturday departure.

Ormos is a crewed yacht charter company on Skopelos, in the Northern Sporades. We designed the brand and a platform made to measure for it, used by the office, the service crew, the technical crew and the guests.

The Challenge

One charter week passes through four pairs of hands: the office plans the fleet and the berths, the service crew turns guests’ wishes into a menu and a shopping list, the technical crew gets the yacht ready, and the guest sees only what matters to them.

The challenge was to make the whole week of work visible to the team and invisible to the guest: luxury is when the preparation is invisible.

Our Solution

We designed Ormos around one idea: the guest sees a calm Saturday, the team sees everything behind it. One platform follows one charter from Monday to the departure, and each screen pairs with the thing it becomes in the real world.

Wishes, Not Forms

The principal guest answers for the whole party, one guest at a time. The answers become the printed menu and the shopping list.

From Wish to Dish

The chef picks a wish and sees what it became: the bread on the list and two days of the menu. What is missing stays in sight.

Ready by Zone

The engineer checks the yacht zone by zone on the iPad. A worn impeller is a blocker until it is replaced, then the sea trial is signed off.

One Calm Saturday

The office sees seven of seven sides ready. The guest sees one line: all set, nothing left to do, boarding at 08:30.
