Seftle

The redesign of Seftle focused on solving one of the biggest problems in online education: course abandonment.

Instead of building another learning platform centered around content libraries, Seftle was designed around momentum. The goal was to create an experience that helps learners keep progressing, complete certifications, and return to learning even after long breaks.

Seftle

The Challenge

Seftle approached us with a clear mission: help learners finish what they start.

Most learning platforms focus on giving users access to content, but struggle to keep them engaged throughout the learning journey. As a result, completion rates remain low, learners lose motivation, and training teams have little visibility into who is about to drop off.

The challenge was to design a learning experience that encourages consistent progress, reduces abandonment, and makes completion feel achievable.

Our Solution

We created the platform around a simple principle: always show the next step.

Structured learning paths

Instead of overwhelming learners with large course catalogs, we introduced structured learning paths with clear milestones and guided progression that make learning easier to follow.

Momentum EnginTM

To support long-term engagement, we designed the Momentum Engine™ - a system that helps learners stay on track and provides timely re-entry points when activity starts to decline.

Predictive engagement insights

For training teams, we created better visibility into learner engagement, allowing them to identify risks earlier and take action before users abandon a course.
